EXPERIENCE

Jenny deals with a wide range of property related transactions, such as conveyancing, company share transfers, secured loans and financing, open tenders, leases, involving a wide variety of property types, units or whole buildings, vacant sites, uncompleted projects, and the less conventional land or facilities under special purposes leases.


Another main area of practice is in the provision of property law advice and support to mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other corporate finance activities, conducting title investigations and issuing title reports and certificates.


Jenny also advises on property project developments, such as land grant modifications and change of use, co-ownership, easements, management issues, stamp duty, and corporate structuring for the development. She also advises and represents minority owners in acquisitions under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance, Cap 545.


Jenny has substantial experience in advising on wills and handling applications for probate and letters of administration, involving local and overseas assets.
